How do we collect information from you?
We collect information from you when you sign up to join CLUBFOXER or when you purchase from the website.
What type of information is collected from you?
When signing up to join CLUBFOXER the personal information we collect from you is your name and email address. We also log your IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. When you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. We also do not hold your address details when you order.
How is your information used?
We will use your information to:
- Process orders that you have submitted. The processing will be via online specialist order control companies such as Woo Commerce and ChannelGrabber
- Enter you into competitions as part of your membership benefits if you fill in the form to enter the competition
- Seek your views or comments on the services and offers we provide;
- Notify you of changes to our services;
- Send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about offers, events and ‘how to guides’. Information regarding our activities and any promotions of our Partner companies goods and services; This communication will only take place via email and will be administered by a specialist automated e-commerce company such as Mailchimp.
- Your IP address will be used to analyse website traffic to the CLUBFOXER website and this will be done by Google Analytics.
Who has access to your information?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: When we use third party service providers, such as WooCommerce and ChannelGrabber we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third party product providers to bring you a range of quality and reliable products and services designed to meet the needs of Fox Shooter. When you wish to partake in an offer or purchase one or more of their products, you will need to directly contact the relevant 3rd party partner. Each partner will be acting as a data controller of your information and therefore we advise you to read their Privacy Policies. We do not pass your information on to the 3rd party partners.
When you are using our secure ordering page, your payment is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us about any our member benefits that includes products and services from 3rd party partner, then you can choose to do so at the sign up stage by sending us an email.
